I’m Jaclyn Ionin, Trademark & IP attorney.  I help business owners from solopreneurs up to multi-million dollar businesses protect and enforce their brands. Although I’m licensed in NY & NJ, Trademark law is federal, so I serve clients across the country and worldwide. 

I founded my firm, Ionin Law, in 2018 after years at firms and in-house in order to serve clients in a hands-on and accessible way. In addition to serving business owners directly, I also support  Branding and Marketing Agency owners through my service Cleared for Branding which provides peace of mind around the deliverables they provide, and also saves agency owners from liability.
