"Sharing Our Love of Wine, One Glass at at Time"

After many years working on Broadway shows, ending in wine filled nights. I decided to take my passion of wine a step further and become a sommelier. I am a wine lover from a family of foodies, so this was the logical next step. I started this journey by going to the International Culinary Center, formerly the French Culinary Institute, in New York City. Upon completing the course I took the Court of Master Sommeliers, Certified Exam. I passed and now want to share what I know with other.
After a brief time in the fine dining world in NYC. I was reminded that my passion for wine was talking to people about it and helping them learn more. Which is hard to do in the restaurant. So I left and continued to learn more and share that knowledge with the people in my life. After many eye opening conversations over a bottle of wine. I decided to start teaching classes, modeled on those evenings of sharing wine with friends.
I know that people are intimidated by those crazy labels, strange grapes, and sometime crazy prices. But there is no need to be. I believe, wine should not be intimidating to the point, that you keep drinking the same thing with little variation. I truly want to make wine accessible to everyone, and believe that every person should be able to enjoy wine confidently.
As a Private Sommelier I can continue my passion of finding new, interesting and fun wines for people to drink, and share. While helping build your wine confidence, so you can impress your friends, boss, clients, in-laws, etc. Or you can let me take all your worries away and help find that perfect bottle or bottles for your event, gifts or personal collection.
